About Dawn Stenning
Counselling can help with many issues including (but not exhaustive of): Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, anger, phobias, OCD, abuse, childhood issues, work-related stress, sexual issues, self-esteem and self-confidence.My other holisitic therapies can help with posture, tension, headaches, eyestrain, sinus problems, fertility, back pain, boosting the immune system, stress, insomnia, tiredness, circulation, concentration, supporting the recovery from exisiting illnessess and symptoms, as well as aiding with your general health and well-being on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The relaxation, or meditation groups and workshops help with general day to day stress, anxiety, anger, panic attacks or other other issues, helping people to use techniques to keep themselves balanced and calm.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Reiki & Seichem Master Teacher and Holisitic Practitioner. I have Diplomas in Counselling, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, as well as qualifications in Crystal Healing and Reiki.I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the International Institute for Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT).
I have trained and volunteered with Mind, Anxiety Care, Place 2 Be and a further education college as a counsellor and holistic therapist. I have also designed and run Relaxation & Meditation courses for Mind.
